Today I lodged one more police report, in my capacity as the Chairman of Majlis Gagasan Malaysia against Perlis Mufti Mohd Asri Zainul Abidin (Dr Maza) over his speech yesterday claiming “Malaysia is for the Malay” & “Malay is the dominant race of Malaysia” which goes against our Federal Constitution, urging the police and the relevant authorities to investigate and take action against Perlis Mufti Mohd Asri Zainul Abidin for his seditious and baseless racist claims.

All ethnic groups has equal rights and freedom in Malaysia as enshrined in the Federal Constitution.

I have given my statement short-while ago at IPD Ampang. Only by adhering to the rule of law, we will bring true prosperity to our Nation.

We urge the police and the relevant government agencies to investigate and take action against Dr. Asri under the Sedition Act 1948 and other applicable law.
